We are writing to advise that we will have a small unavoidable rate increase effective May 15, 2022.
As you can imagine, navigating through unprecedented times this past couple of years has impacted us greatly as it has the rest of our society. Please understand that this nominal increase in our rates, which has largely remained untouched year after year, will result in the continuation of the Angel Movers & Storage service you have grown to rely upon.
We look forward to a continued positive working relationship with each of you, and your companies and families.

No Surprises
We provide all necessary information regarding our rates and pricing structure, upfront, combined with exceptional customer-service and integrity to ensure our customers aren't surprised on their moving day.
Payments and Taxes
We accept contactless payment via MasterCard, Visa, or American Express only. We do not accept cheques, email money transfers, or cash. Full payment is expected when services are rendered. H.S.T. is applicable on our moving services. All invoices and payments are processed in our office, you do not have to talk money with your moving team, unless you choose to tip your movers, which is at your own discretion.
Extra Costs
Hourly rates do not include moving supplies (tv cartons/extra wardrobes etc), extra services (piano fee for example), fuel costs, mattress covers (mandatory), or extra protection plans above Released Value Carrier's Protection. No extra costs for added services or extras required will be a surprise, all is discussed and planned for in advance. Most basic moving services have everything they need included, but optional extras are always available should you need them.
Deposit Required
A Security Deposit of $200 is required to schedule any move. We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Amex for this deposit. The $200 will be deducted from your total on Moving Day.
What if I Cancel?
We will REFUND your $200 deposit if you cancel before 2 weeks of your scheduled move date. Less than 2 weeks notice will not be refunded unless we can book your reserved truck. If you schedule a move on the first or last three days of any calendar month, you have up to 21 days prior to your moving date to change the date or cancel with move without loss of deposit.
