I want to thank Anna the great concierge connector for guiding me seamlessly through the process of attending to my moving  needs and finding a storage unit, as I renovate my home.  She was always available when I needed my many questions answered and helped decrease my stress.
Dave and Levi were my movers and I cannot say enough about these guys.  They were on time, they were courteous, efficient, kind, attentive to all my belongings with the utmost care, professional, funny, and organized.  Levi had to dissemble 2 beds in small spaces, a feat of great flexibility and knowledge.

First Class Service! I found Angel Movers on HomeStars and they were one of four movers I contacted. Angel Movers was exceptional from my first call to them. The first person I encountered was Anna, who is beyond amazing. She patiently answered all of our questions. Anna tried her best to keep my wife & I calm during the entire process. I explained we were moving from Markham to Oakville and downsizing to a smaller home. Anna arranged for the owner, Johan, to come and see our Markham home and provide advice. Johan was affable and answered all of our questions. We had a concern about two large sofas that we wanted to go into our basement in Oakville. Johan said he was going to be in Oakville that afternoon and offered to go to our new home to see if he thought it was possible. Anna called later that afternoon to say it should be no problem. Along the way we decided to divide our move into two parts as we already had possession of our new home. This made the move a lot easier, especially as we were downsizing. Best decision ever! The teams on both moves were incredible. The guys all worked really well together. I have no clue how they lifted some of the heavier items and maneuvered them in and out of tight spaces and up and down stairs. Every piece of furniture was wrapped in thick blankets, taped and loaded into the truck with extreme care. Many pieces of furniture including a treadmill had to be disassembled to go into the truck. When I saw the numerous pieces of the treadmill on the basement floor I thought it was toast’ but it has made a full recovery very quickly once at our new house! Both unloadings in Oakville went well (even the 2nd one which was done in the rain) and the guys put the furniture and boxes/bins exactly where we wanted them and reassembled as necessary. There were a few items from the first move to be relocated and the guys from the second move did that willingly. Zero damage to anything – Yeah!!! I have no hesitation in giving Angel Movers my highest possible recommendation.

Angel Movers crew did more than excellent job. They were on time, professional, polite and friendly. I was originally very nervous about the whole process due to previous bad experience, but the team took care of every detail and helped reduce the stress of moving. Our furniture and possessions had been carefully handled and arrived intact. I would not hesitate to recommend Angel Movers and Storage for a residential move and will certainly use their services again in the future.

Our move included the contents of a 2,600sq/ft -4 bedroom house, a full size gym in the basement and all that goes with it in these Covid times. On the day of the move, the 2 large trucks arrived on time and Steve and Alex were quick to get the trucks loaded. They wrapped and boxed the large tv’s and furniture as needed, and Steve was amazing at problem solving some of the challenges of the day, and boy can he lift and move big things, like a Hercules! All the men were very hard working, respectful and they worked to load and unload late into the night. We have moved 7 times over the past 15 years due to the nature of our business and have interacted with many Customer Care people and I just wanted to make special mention to Anna, who is like your personal moving concierge. Anna is truly the “Angel” in the business model! She knows how to keep your moving experience organized and leave you feeling comforted that you are being looked after with the utmost care. I was feeling anxious and stressed and often times Anna would check up on us and somehow with her unique kind and gentle nature, she was able to keep us all in a calmer place!

There were no surprises in the final bill and we cannot be more grateful to the Angel team, like other customers have already mentioned, do yourself a favor and choose them for your next move , you will be so happy 🙂 you did!
